I think a bullwhip would suit him as an outlaw. To me, it conveys a sense of controlled savagery.
I know he's using his left hand.. but odd idea: While his right arm was healing, he may have gotten used to using his left hand for things. So Outlaw Woody be ambidexterous..? I dunno.
